Jessica Jarrard

Trainer and Social Equity Manager

  • 420 Trainers: Trainer, RVT Program editor, Diversity and Social Equity Requirements Consultant
  • Owns a private practice, Rainbow Counseling & Consultation LLC, providing therapy to LGBTQ+ individuals and families and diversity training to companies.
  • Expertise creating and implementing various levels of outpatient programs in addiction rehab facilities, and creating programs to be compliant with state and managed health care regulations.
  • Provided therapy in medication-assisted treatment clinics, home and school-based settings for individuals and families in underserved communities. Also worked as a domestic violence advocate and as a career counselor.

Chyonne Hill
